DOXAFIN 5 mg (Desloratadine)

Doxafin is a non-hypnotic antihistamine.

Doxafin is also used to relieve the symptoms associated with urticaria.

Relief from these symptoms lasts 24 hours.

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older:

The recommended dose is one tablet once daily with water, with or without food. If allergic rhinitis is intermittent (presence of symptoms for less than 4 days a week, or for less than 4 weeks), a treatment plan is recommended that will depend on the assessment of the pathology history.

Monaliz is used in the prophylaxis of allergies in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older.

Monaliz can be used in children 2 to 6 years old diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. Prophylactic treatment should be started 2-4 weeks before the expected start of the pollen season.

Monaliz is also used to treat nasal polyps in adults aged 18 and over.

SILVERDIN 1% (sulfadiazine argjendi)

Silverdin has a bactericidal effect.

In burns it is applied as a layer with a thickness of 3-5 mm after the wound and the burned area are cleaned.

In burns, it should be applied more often if the volume of exudates is large.

Hand burns

Silverdin cream should be applied to the burned area and the whole hand is sealed in a clean plastic bag or glove isolating it. The patient should be encouraged to move his hand and fingers. The dressing should be changed when an excess amount of exudate has accumulated in the bag.

Lower extremity ulcer / decupitus ulcer

The ulcer cavity should be filled with Silverdin cream to a thickness of at least 3-5 mm. Since Silverdin cream can cause softening of normal skin during prolonged contact, care must be taken to prevent it from spreading to non-ulcerated areas.

Injuries of the fingertips

Damage bleeding should be stopped before applying a 3-5 mm layer of SILVERDIN cream. A suitable outfit can be used. Clothes should be changed every 2-3 days.
